Marketing Strategy
My web site has been popping
up everywhere in the major search engines such as
Google and Bing because of this simple online
marketing strategy. And, I am talking about organic
(free) traffic generation - not using paid
services. A couple of months ago, I began designing
pages with researched keywords (some from my
Blogging Underground membership option) on six
unique URLs each day. These "hook" pages each
target various keywords that pertain to my company
and target audience.
Each day.......
I design six short small keyword related articles
on pages with compelling headlines and links to my
main site.
I submit these six pages to
the Blogging Underground announcement blogs - no
spamming involved. I then search for my most
popular keywords and test different methods and
combinations of keywords and keyword phrases. The
purpose of keyword variations and phrases is that
you never know which combination or style will get
your website listed near the top. Each search
engine is different and constantly
changing.
Be sure your "hook"
pages contain these four
factors:
- compelling
headline
- content pertaining to
your website, product, or service - Google is
BIG on relevance
- Good, researched
keywords, title, and description of many
different variations
- link back to your main
website from various places - I use
Blogging
Underground
personally. Mike offers 100s of blogs in one
place.
Within one
month...... I began noticing visitors
coming to my site from different search engines.
It's really working. As you probably already know,
most of the search engines are free and very
targeted - the customer searched for you.
