About Webmaster Course

Hi! Let me introduce myself. I'm Candice Pardue, webmaster of the Online Success for Internet Business website. I'd like to tell you a little about myself and our website. But first let me share with you my goal for the site... To make Web and graphic design simple and fun for the Internet design beginner. The reason I'd like to do this is because I've had to learn web and graphic design the hard way -- trial and error. You'll find that throughout the site instructions are provided to make Web and graphic design as simple as possible, and I also make new tips available as I learn them. Here's a quick history about my site... Online Success for Internet Business (now Webmaster Course) was created in 1999. It began as an Internet Marketing site, but then became a resource center to help web design beginners within the first six months. We began offering training courses in the year 2000, and have been priviledged to instruct thousands of students in web and graphic design through online training. Most
of our visitors are college students, business owners who
wish to place a business online, or just everyday people who
would like to learn design for fun! The site is found
in many of the top search engines listed under "web design
training", "web design articles", "web design ezine", and
"learn web design from home" as well as other targeted
search terms.
Now, a little about me... I've had the opportunity to work in business since I was 13 (with my dad, of course.) Some of the business "fun" I've experienced includes data entry, computer knowledge, management, working with the public, sales, marketing, advertising, and web and graphic design. I graduated from King's College of Charlotte, NC in 1992 with a Retail Merchandising diploma. Of course, I don't think they knew about Web design in my college back then. Therefore, I've learned Web design from my father, several helpful online instructors, and from the structured beginner's course we offer here at the site. I also enjoy writing articles about the Internet and web design geared toward helping the online beginner. I also enjoy seeing my articles get published. :-) To speak modestly (blush), my articles have been published in hundreds of online publications including online newsletters and magazines, e-books, website article sections, and within insider secret sites. I enjoy writing so much that I now provide content writing services on many different subjects for business websites, magazines or ezines. To add to our visitors' learning experience, I recently authored the Web Design Training Course Part 2, the Graphic Design Training Course, and the My First Website Promotion Course. These three courses help the online business beginner to advance in his/her knowledge of designing and promoting his own website.
